Worked 7years in the Inventory Department to handle the flow of items inbound and outbound and make them ready to deliver to our distributors and partners.
·         Receiving items in a bulk quantity and arranged in a proper space and manner
·         Quality check of the new items received
·         Reporting discrepancies if found
·         Assigning a unique code to the shipment and the items
·         Assigning unique item ranges so that these can be uploaded in the system
·         Scanning of the items using Access Database
·         Labeling and documentation
·         Prepare the items for kitting
·         Scanning the items after kitting in MS Office and make them ready to deliver
·         Documentation and keeping the records
·         Forecasting and maintaining stock levels
·         Keeping track of the goods and supplies in the stores / warehouses

·         Counting the number of available products
·         Placing orders for more inventory according to demand
·         Controlling the flow of supplies and equipment
·         Tracking inventory maintenance for safety reasons
·         Deliveries to the distributors and Partners

·         Plan inventory control levels to fit the needs of Customer Service Associates
·         Execute reports and analyze data regarding inventory and deliver data to management
·         Create new inventory numbering systems and integrated software to track inventory
·         Coordinate with logistics professionals to arrange inventory as needed
 
Key Achievement:
Designed and implemented a new inventory tracking system, featuring the use of barcodes, USB scanners, and upgraded WMS software. Increased operational efficiency by 35% and saved the company 300 employee hours per week and $1,200/month in unnecessary expenses
