Production and Maintenance Engineer
As a Polymer Engineer at Khalilco Megaplast in the Democratic Republic of Congo, I specialize in the production of household products using a range of injection molding machines, including the Haitian Mars series, CLF TX and TY series, and Ferromatic machines ranging from 120 to 1000 tons. • Supervise down-line employees and maintain their morale.
• Work in co-ordination with and report directly to the plant manager.
• Ensure that work is done under SOP’S .
• Work with Quality Control lab during production to ensure product conformity with standards.
• Prepare reports as per ISO norms and procedures.
• Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain Quality and maximum product output.
• Investigating production problems.
• Organizing routine servicing schedule.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain safe work environment with in molding department.

• Implement and manage all maintenance function including preventive corrective and emergency maintenance on all molding equipment.
