MY Key Responsibilities.
1. To ensure the finished goods received from production department is complete, accurate and visible
2. To ensure the proper storage and staking of finished products
3. To ensure smooth dispatches of finished products
4. To define and clarify the discrepancies between finished stock and dispatch plan
5. To ensure the vehicle arrangement according to the dispatch plan
6. To ensure stock is updated with dispatch details
7. To ensure the completeness of procedural protocols of documentation trail with respect to the movement of stock
8. To ensure the safe movement of stock within & outside the factory
9. To have a closed-loop system, where it ensures the acknowledgement of dispatch stock at receiving end
10. To verify the carriage contractor bills and forward to factory accounts department
11. To ensure the temporary issued products returned back safely to finished goods
Packing & Raw material stock Receiving, stacking Model wise,part code wise and issuance to production department with coordination of production department and make sure the supply of raw and packing material to production department on each station (part wise).
Finish good inventory management stock receiving & dispatches to direct customer and Branches all reign of Pakistan
coordination with transporters and make sure the availability of vehicles.
inbound & outbound warehouses stock shifting and dispatches.
manage the inventory of internal and external warehouse and publish the inventory report to higher management on daily basis.

My Key Responsibilities.
Planning & Supervision of daily stock dispatch.
 Co-ordinate with distribution Managers & sale admin, RSM’S regarding delivery issues & manage the orders according to the requirements.
 To manage the deliveries and supplies in all regions of the country.
 To Assign Drivers and helpers to their duties regarding deliveries on daily basis.
 To update and submit Delivery Summary Report, Short Delivery Report, Export Orders Status Report to the manager on daily basis.
 To monitor the loading of export & local orders according to provided SOP
 To monitor online the vehicles current location through tracking system & their Container temperature etc.
 To reconcile the transfer data with North & South Regions on monthly basis.
 To cross check all record in software like Supplies record.
 To co-ordinate with production department regarding the Fresh chicken Orders.
 To check & verify that all activities related to Food Safety are fulfilled in the department & during transportation.
 Planning & Supervision of daily stock dispatch.
 Managing retail distribution, wholesale distribution, DC warehouse distribution and x-plant distribution
 Tracking deliveries and making sure the right stuff gets to the right place.
 Negotiating costs with suppliers, couriers and other third parties.
 Dealing with workshops for immediate and periodic repair & maintenance of delivery trucks.
 Keeping up to date all relevant documentation, vehicle logbooks, fuel consumption records & servicing protocols
 Optimizing resources and cost control.
 Daily vehicle fitness inspection, Repairing & Maintenance.
 Reviewing the material handling tools and procedures to improve the efficiency and optimize cost and time.

CONDUCT SAFETY SESSION WITH JUNIOR STAFF AND LABOR FOR SAFE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS.
DAILY VEHICLES FITNESS INSPECTION AND REPORTING TO THE THIRD PARTY ABOUT THE ISSUES.
CONDUCT MONTHLY PHYSICAL STOCK TAKE ACTIVITY AND EVALUATE THE SHORTAGE, AT WAREHOUSE.

I worked with Haleeb foods limited in warehouse department. My key responsibilities were to handle packaging & raw material handling. I also supervised team and achieved all targets provided by management.
I had also handled finished goods, floor planning, FIFO, FEFO and dispatched of all incoming/issued material.
