Swap Ericsson (6000 family to ZTE BTS SDR BC8910A).
Supervision of BSS(ZTE SDR) equipement's installation
Supervision of ZTE IBS(Indoor Building Solution) equipement's installation
Responsible for commissioning of ZTE BTS SDR BC8910A
Responsible for commissioning of BBU(B 8200) according to MO data provided
Upgradation ZTE software package files
Enabling 2G/3G VLan,port Setting & E2E ping test through BSC/RNC for media clearence
Deeply understanding of RRU cascading (8863,8881 for GSM,DCS and 3G)
Give site readiness for cut over and maintain plan according to customer demand
Pre & Post alarm verification of the installed ZTE BTS SDR BC8910A through NOC
Responsible for upgradation of site as well as maintaining QoS(Quality of Service)
Check VSWR if some unsuitable readings founds accordingly finds its solution
Responsible for troubleshooting of SDR
Provide technical support to team for troubleshooting of ZTE BSS equipement
Correct radio network fault that leads to performance degradation
Remove Network bottle neck in coordination with RF
Get EPMS training from ZTE & trained subcon others engineers
Responsible for QA/QC
Conduct pre-pat activity for snag audits
Manage Site quality according to customer demand
Make Sure HSE & PPE will be on site
Share the Daily progress report (DPR) with internal higher management regarding installation & dismantling

1-Drive Test for pre-launch Optimization sites using TEMS 8.0.3, Drive Test & Frequency Scanning.
2- Documented Reports using MAPINFO 8.5 and approval of sites from Ufone and Huawei.
3- Site Audit reports including site configuration, Antenna Height, Azimuth and tilts.
4- Drive VIP Routes and resolve the quality issues, muting, HO Issues.
5- Optimization includes frequency tuning, cell redesigns, DT analysis to optimize bad patches, parameter audit etc. to ensure optimal QOS.
6- Resolving the Handover issues, Rx Quality, Overshooting and overlapping issues, Quality Drive, Bench Marking and reporting.
