 SAP Implementation & Database Administrator
Working closely with Accounts, Inventory, Sales, Logistic, Customer Relation and Admin department for collecting the information, compiling it and putting proper data in SAP. Also Worked on SAP Server, SQL Database management, Troubleshooting, Designing and developing crystal reports, implementing them in SAP system. Also working on Crystal Report Designing and Developing as per their requirement.

 IT Infrastructure Management
Working on IT Infrastructure, implement new security protocols using SOPHPS, VMWARE. Ensuring all system’s security, performance and Updates. Working on Network, Switches, and Topologies for better performance.

 Social Media Management
Managing Social Media of Pakistan & Saudi Arabia Office by doing post designing, content writing. Marketing their products and portfolio on Facebook & LinkedIN with marketing strategy. Also developed and implement SMS & Email marketing.

 E-Commerce Web Platform
Developing their E-Commerce portal which will be connected with SAP database and both products, inventory, Customer data will be Sync with both platforms.

 ERP System:
Supervising ERP systems, servers and database administration, worked on Web based ERP System and build schemas and develop Databases along with data management and query optimization.
 IT Management:
Managed IT infrastructure of 8 Dealerships, managing networking and security, implemented SOPHOS for each dealership. Managed smooth working of all systems and internet. Taking backups of all systems on weekly & monthly basis, tagging all systems as per their department number, tracking system health, ensuring uninterrupted power to all systems, managing printer services in every department, toner refilling and full printer service.

 Domain hosting & Registration:
Managing hosting servers of Linux & Windows. Managing Domain Registration servers of all extensions including .pk, .ca domains. Performed troubleshooting of hosting and registration servers, managing resources, managing VPS and Dedicated servers.

 Web Development:
Developed following projects on WORDPRESS platform with customization, developed E-Commerce platforms and customized them as per client requirements. Performing Quality Assurance testing and deploying them on server with MySQL database.

 Web Designing:
Designing User interface, user experience designs, mockup designing and prototyping, designing logos, Image designing for websites, choosing color schemes and designing best designs as per their business.

 Social Media Marketing:
Supervising social media marketing of TOYOTA dealerships, monitoring their response and developing marketing strategies to capture more customers.

 Customer Care:
Provided 24x7 after sale services to customer and ensuring best services in my tenure. Captured Govt. Sector and worked with the Urban Unit, PLDC, PCWR and other Govt. sectors.

 Team Management:
Manage Team of 6 people for 8 dealerships to ensure best services around the group.

Worked As a web developer, tools i have used were HTML, CSS, PHP. Later on i have used .NET Framework with C# and MS SQL on Windows Forms, Web forms and MVC, using Visual Studio 2013 & MS SQL Server Management 2008.
