• Liaisons with relevant processes (such as Human Resource, Physical Security/ Facilities, Vendor Management, Risk Management, IT, Operations and Quality) as per requirement, on ISMS and QMS matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies through continuous improvement.
• Provides consultancy to Group Companies (Lakson) w.r.t. effective organizational policies, processes improvement, process automation & Implementation of ISO standards.
• Looking after four group companies and recognized as a talent, learning and organizational development expert. Strategic area includes but not limited to the development, adaptation and execution of HR operational strategy to help achieve key business objectives.
• Evaluates department’s performance on day to day basis along with their targets and Goals.
• Works as a consultant for employee motivation & promotional decisions. Ensuring departmental development by setting goals and objectives.
• Leadership and strategic direction for the function, ranging from planning and budgeting, to activities promoting the value of quality management and information security, and leading process improvement initiatives in the Company.
• Assists departmental heads in designing effective KPIs for the commission & incentive structure.
• Designs in-house & external training sessions to boost up the skills of workforce.
• Performs company wide payroll audit & its processing including attendance management, commission, incentive & KPI evaluation.
• Leads HR Audit (complete function of HR) Activities with in Sybrid & group companies and also for closure of all the audit findings.
• Runs Sybrid Academy (Training & Development Platform) on regular basis to engage employees and parallel works on organizational culture.
• Identifies, analyzes and resolves problems and issues with Quality Assurance and control.
• Delivers awareness/training sessions to employee’s w.r.t. requirement & compliance of ISO 27001:2013 & ISO 9001:2015.

• Day to day monitoring of HR functions like Requisition, background screening, induction, separation, contract renewal, probation evaluation, final settlement, leaves allotment, time management system, performance management & P-files documentation.
• Assists QA Manager in Internal & External Audit Activities
• Sampling procedures designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability of data
• Ensures the site is “inspection ready” at all times by managing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Involve in the designing, implementation, operations and maintenance of ISMS based on the ISO/IEC 27000 & ISO 9001 series standards, including certification against ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO 9001
• Uses quality monitoring data management system for compiling and tracking performance
• Assessment of complain calls to authenticate internal/external errors
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly trend reports related to Operational Quality monitoring
• Conducts orientation of new employees to make them understand the quality criteria and customer centric approach.
• Maintained reception area conference rooms supply room and kitchen
• Assist the admin manager in planning and executing the events and other activities in organization
