Synopsis
• Preparation of annual, half yearly and quarterly financial statements of
Ghani Global Holdings Ltd.(formerly Ghani Gases Ltd.)
Ghani Chemical Industries Ltd.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Preparation of annual accounts of Provident Fund of Ghani Gases Ltd. and Ghani Global Glass Ltd.
• Liaison with external auditors regarding half yearly and annual accounts.
• Liaison with internal audit department to respond their queries regarding internal controls etc.
• Annual budgeting and forecasting
• Supervision of Fixed Assets Register in accordance with the technical release of ICAP.
• Supervision of insurance policies of group and liaison with Pak Qatar Family Takaful regarding Group Life insurance policy ( monthly updating and reconciliation of employees).
• Dealing with payments and closure of all types of LCs and duties.
• Manage and supervise day to day issues of accounts payable department.
• Coordination with Costing department regarding monthly manufacturing cost reconciliation of operating segments of Group Companies.
• Review of monthly payroll summaries / reconciliations and daily bank positions.
• Ensuring timely confirmation and posting of vouchers in Oracle R12.
• Monthly reconciliation and supervision of movement in stores & spares and trade debts including their Age analysis.
• Checking vouchers ( BPVs, PIVs, JVs, BRVs etc.) relevant to accounts payable, banking and financing section of following group companies and entity:
