Currently I am working as a Blood Bank Manager. I am oversees overall operations of blood bank. My duties are to supervise blood bank personnel, select and train new employees, and implement safety standards and quality control practices. My responsibilities involve ensuring that the blood bank services and laboratory operations adhere to all relevant medical regulations and that all personnel have the required licenses and qualifications. As a blood bank manager, I am also responsible for planning and tracking a budget.
