• Managing of Petty cash for local office expenses
• Office maintenance dealing with concerned Manager and providing information as per Directors instruction
• Transportation arrangements for any official tour of the companies employees.
• Accommodation booking for the Directors and executive staff of the company
• Travel ticket booking for the Directors and executive staff of the company
• Stationery and other purchase part handling
• Exchange and obtain information for senior management and external clients and suppliers
• Function coordination. Arrange catering, lighting, security, invitations, RSVP’s etc.
