At present, I am working as warehouse Manager in Pak Elektron Limited (PEL) unit 2 Lahore .Pakistan.
· To ensure that proper procedures are follow at the warehouse.
· Responsible for sending all daily, weekly and monthly reports to Head Office
· To ensure that stocks are safely dispatched and received and stored at the warehouse without any damage
· To make necessary arrangements for smooth handling, storage, packing, stacking of stocks items Dispatch’s and ensures minimization of waste during transactions
· Target inventory accuracy 100 % with respect to system (PIMS & Oracle) and physical

· To ensure control the damages of stock and minimize the repairing cost
· To ensure detention charges will be zero, all vehicles will be loaded/unloaded with in 24 hrs
· Monitoring attendance and duty roster of all WH personnel
· To carry out any other work assigned by the head office management

· Responsible for reconciliation of W/H stocks with branch and central desk.
· Responsible for coordination with branch for timely delivery of stock to dealers.
· To ensure that serial number of units are enter in the computer at the time of delivery.
· To ensure the safety and security of Building, Stocks, Equipment and Manpower.
· To submit warehouse status report to head office on monthly basis.
· Responsible for maintaining petty cash and making payment to warehouse personnel.
· To ensure proper repair and maintenance of building, equipment and vehicles.
· To ensure that vehicles running logbook is regularly maintained.
· Control W/H expenses as per company policies.
· To ensure that all utility bills and other government dues are paid in time.
· Monitor attendance and duty roster of all W/H personnel.
· Transport Arrangement.
· To ensure that all warehouse personnel are properly trained on fire fighting and monthly drills are held
· To make suggestions for increasing productivity and efficiency of warehouse.
· To carry out any other work assigned by the head office management.
