1)To look after and Supervise all day-to-day accounting matters and proper application of accounting standards while entering entry into Microsoft Dynamics AX.2)Ensures implementation of approved accounting policies and procedures for organizational in compliance with respective legal requirements.3)Planning, monitoring and reviews of Brand wise budgets, and comparison of Actual vs. Plan reports and comments on deviations.4) Supervising the R2R process for monthly various Financial and management reports including Financial statements brand wise & store wise including ad-hoc basis reports like Break-even / product costing /Inventory turnover reports) and brief explainations on anamolies.5) Managing a portfolio of third parties sales including taxation, sharing and their payment matters.6) To play a liaison role between the external auditors company including supervising the pre/during & post Audit activities.7) To coordinate with E-Commerce team regarding financial issues including sales postings/payments and refund matters.

My core responsibilities were;1) CAPEX/OPEX planning, budgeting and variance report.2) Making various analysis reports like debtors analysis, vendor analysis, cashflow analysis.3) Monthly branch wise / departmental wise reporting.4) Making cashflow forecast for short term and long term periods.5) Comparison of actual vs budgeted results and their reasoning.6) Test wise costing and calculations of their margins.7) Calculations of consumption via monthly stock count activity and comparing with actual test count.8) Negotiation with different vendors/bankers/ receivables for smooth flow of operations.
