I am a member of services department which installs and maintains ATMs and UPSs. Error complains of Wincor Nixdorf ATMs and APC UPSs all across the region are attended by services team.
Site and Service Engineer
Responsibility: To supervise the complete working of the data center including all the Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire safety systems and IT/Networking works at site and to coordinate between the client and the company. Also a member of power services team in idle time.

Trainee Engineer
I was a member of Power Services Team which is responsible for Installation of power systems of Data Centers such as UPS (APC and MGE Online UPSs ranging 1kva-80kva), By-Pass Panels, Power Distribution Units, Power Distribution Modules and UPS Debugging, repairing and Calibration. Beside the installation projects I participated in Preventive Maintenance and Complains of UPSs of various clients.
