Presently working as Data Base Assistant in International Relief and Development organization in its M&E department; My responsibilities are as follow,
• Responsible for collection of all activities data defined in the database reporting template.
• Entry of all activities related data into the database.
• Maintaining files of all activities/grants in soft form and ensure proper record of all the activities is maintained.
• Online verification of beneficiaries status.
• Assist the database officer in generating various kinds of queries and reports from the database.
• Assist in providing initial training and on-going assistance on database operation to the other staff members.
• Regularly updating status of activities/grants on the database.
• Data importing/exporting.
• Ensure proper data cleaning of all data, received from Regional offices.
• Scanning documents, online vetting and uploading files to the database.
• Ensure the correct uploading of data, preventing the loss of data.
• Coordinating with the victims and beneficiaries for getting any necessary information regarding their files and assistance.
• Assist M&E team in surveys.
• Collecting necessary means of verification when assistance is delivered.
• Working in different RLU’s(Malakand, D I Khan, and Kohat) in close coordination with RLO.
• Looking after the Financial and Administrative affairs of RLU in the absence of RLO.
• Any other assignment given by the supervisor(s).
Worked as Intern in International Relief and Development organization in its M&E department; it is a USAID funded project of 25 million US dollars for the support of conflict victims in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and FATA. 60% of the total budget is allocated to program grants and this support included Medical & Psycho social support, Grants for Medical professional trainings of public hospitals, Livelihood trainings, Small business grants and Scholarships and the scope of work also include public private partnership to bring sustainable impact to the peoples who suffer losses.
