I am a business graduate with more than 18 years professional experience with the following details.
I worked in imperial stores pvt ltd as Manager Admin and Manager Retail store.
As a Manager Admin having responsibility of administration , renovations,
repair and maintenance and other plannings with HODs.
As a Retail Manager I was looking after stores sales,
promotions, inventory analysis ,
supply chain,
shuffling inventory to other stores and
staff management,staff motivation for sales and targets.
Currently I am working with FR Associates as a
Manager looking after all matters of imports, exports,
distribution,
yearly purchase and sales planning, finance related task with banks, LCs and reconciliation etc.
FR Associates is basically contractors,
I worked in imperial stores as a Manager supply chain and Retail store Manager.
As Manager supply chain I was responsible for inventory aquaring to sale done.
I was supposed to arrange raw materials then forward to production and purchase department.then taking back finished goods from them and further supplying to stores and fresncises for sale and clearance.
During the whole process I was looking after and following the inventory and dispatches.
As a Manager Retail Store I was looking after all store tasks of sales staff , daily and monthly sales and targets of the stores.
