 Work with management in coordinating & production planning activities to improve run time.
 Plan production tasks & schedule according to costumer orders & reviews plan with mangers for approval.
 Monitor the execution of production plan & resolve any potential issues in a timely manners & escalate complete issue to managers of resolution investigate production problem analyses root cause & provide solution.
 Analyze back orders, current orders & upcoming orders to prioritize plan & schedule the production operation
 Plan equipment material & man power requirement to execute job order and coordinate with manager in planning & implementing engineering changes in production lines
 Plan inventory management process to avoid shortage & excess
 Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standard & customer specification analyze delays and interruption and accordingly adjust production schedule to meet deadline
 Maintain report for production planning & activities and sequence and monthly closing stock & summary
 Support the Supply and Logistics operation, covering materials planning, inventory control, rate setting, outsourcing, and vendor selection and distribution report.
 minimizing total supply chain cost, maximizing supply chain effectiveness including conforming to established quality standards, and establishes an inventory
 Manage the inventory of parts and supplies and place orders so that items are available when needed, without carrying excessive inventory levels.
 Keep team informed of promotions, cost advantages, product availability, market trends, vendor and item changes, and related information and anticipate and advice management of potential supply chain problems which may have significant impact on business.
 Utilize system to generate and record purchase orders, receive goods and match to invoices, ensuring accuracy in all steps.
