• Coordination with Customers to Understand the Requirements of an Order, Packaging, Export and Payment Terms till the Finalization and Respond to all Queries
• Coordination with Customers to find a way on development with best solutions due to complexity or technical limitation, help other sections by communicating customers’ instruction and standards, educating where necessary
