Export & Marketing Executive
• Handling all business corresponding with foreign buyers.
• Review all customer response for all orders and payments and resolve all customer issues.
• Doing Marketing of Home Textiles Products and assist to identify appropriate
business opportunities in order to develop and maintain professional relationships with all
agents and clients.
• Receipt of Purchase order and Issue the Proforma Invoice
• Preparing all Export Documentation within required time frame.
• Dealing with Shipping Companies , Clearing & Freight Forwarder and schedule efficient
shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.
• Dealing with Bank for Export Purpose and prepare required documents.
• Dealing with Suppliers & Industries regarding orders and ensure compliance to all export
objectives according to customer requirement.
• Preparing Monthly Purchase & Stock Report.
• Preparing Monthly Party Ledger.
• Submitting Monthly Sale Tax Return & preparing Sale Tax/Income Tax Challans.
• Dealing with FBR regarding Taxation Issues when needed.
