• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.

• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

• Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.

• Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization.

• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.

• Plan work rotes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.

• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report).

• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security

• Giving information about the business to clients and visitors.

• Describing the terms and conditions of the business.

• Cold calling and follow up calls to potential clients.

• Maintaining reports of views given by the visitors.

• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

• Trouble shooting problems faced by clients within due time.
• Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
