· Bookkeeping of daily expenses done through Bank and credit card in Quick books (Desktop) of a US Based company and Reconcilling at month end
· Preparing the landed cost of Imported items and entering their bills in Quick books.
· Preparing various reports including budgets and forecasting to plan procurement
· Making the invoices and receiving the Deposits.
· Running the payroll (Gusto) and recording in software.
As an Accounts executive i am responsible for maintaining financial statements of an organization and looking into receivable and payables.
