To ensure Compliance of all applicable Standards & Continual Improvements.
Implement QHSE Policies, Standards and Procedures to ensure Integrity of People, Environment, Assets and Reputation of the company.
Lead, monitor and assist in preparing, reviewing of all IMS related procedures, policies and work instructions to meet all the requirementys of new Certifications and Surveillance Audits.
Being a Member of Steering Committee, lead the \"05S+Safety-Project & Process Efficiency\"  for implementing best “Lean Manufacturing Practices.
Provide Guidance for Conducting & Contributing in Company routine QHSE Audits, Site Safety Inspections (SSIs) and Follow up actions.
Provide Guidance to Conduct Risk Assessment and implement controls on site activities.
Ensure Hygienic Conditions, Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Services & GMPs Compliance on whole plant with respect to Risk Assessment.
Make sure to Conduct/Participate in all related Drills and Exercises.
Provide Guidance to Develop JSA Procedures & HSE cases.
Make sure coordination with other departments for Incident Investigation and other NCRs for proper closure.
To Ensure Subcontractor follow Health, Safety and Environment Requirements.
Coordinate with all the departments working on site like Civil, Electrical and Mechanical Etc.
Prepare and maintain all required Reports and Statistical Data that may be required by administrative/project management and local regulatory bodies.
Make sure Inspection of necessary Work Permits, prior to beginning of any activities at site.
Trained the employees for 05S+Safety Project, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HSE Trainings, and Good Hygiene Practices (GHPs) and Ensure Safety Orientation for the new workers.

Develop strategies, processes, policies to ensure that total quality is promoted throughout the company.
Responsible to keep & maintain the records of Quality and R&D System.
To overcome the production problems regarding quality & provide support to production.
Achievement of quality production targets as per Plan.
Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests, checks, control and assure the quality parameter according to the specifications of the product to perform recommended standard analysis techniques including testing of Moisture Contents, Ash, Humic Acid, Organic Matter & Micronutrients percentage.
To ensure all required hazard communication and warning labels related to chemical materials while storing materials.
To ensure maintaining the shelf life of material in coordination with purchasing quality and take action for shelf-life extension if needed.
Supervise for maintain the required quantity and type of PPE, chemical absorbent, spillage kit and train the employees according to applicable Standards.

•Assist in Process Chemistry management & troubleshooting for Boilers / HRSGs Condensers / Heat exchangers.
•Assist for proper operation of Water pre-treatment plant, R.O plants, demineralization plants, chemical dosing system and responsible to get maintenance from concerned maintenance block.
•Optimization / implementation of chemical regime / program according to the guidelines provided by OEM for Steam Turbines / Gas Turbines / Boilers / HRSGs / Auxiliary Cooling / Main Cooling Water System.
•Troubleshooting / Analysis of Chemical treatment regime for Steam water circuits and Cooling water circuits, recommendations / suggestions for improvement of programs with respect to OEM.
•Have Hand on Experience on “Water, Fuel & Environmental” Testing Equipments such as Spectroil MF/W (trace metal analyzer for liquid fuels), Sulfur Analyzer, Karl Fischer moisture Titrator, Flash Point & Pour Point Apparatus, Parr Calorimeter, Viscosity Bath, Spectrophotometer (for water analysis), pH meter, Conductivity meter, BOD & COD Apparatus, Turbidity Meter, Oil in Water Analyzer.
•Responsible for proper Operation, Calibration and Routine Maintenance of Laboratory Equipments.
•Plant lay-up / Preservation as per OEM recommended programs & best industrial practices during planned / maintenance outages.
•Perform testing of 50 % samples personally.
•Development of Departmental Procedures with applicable Standards and Lab testing procedures using ASTM, ISO and other recognized methods.
•Aware of issuance of stored chemicals, receiving direct delivery of bulk chemicals and to ensure its quality, quantity, records and availability at site.
•Assist in preparation of annual Bulk Chemicals / Lab chemicals / Instruments spares, Lab consumables Budgets / maintenance of optimum Chemicals stock.
•Assist to ensure in maintaining safe decanting of bulk chemicals at site of use with proper safety measures.
•Assist to maintain the environment concerned records in order to show EPA.
