Level one maintenance of DR-990 gas turbine engine.
Supervising a team of five technicians and 30 staffs to execute maintenance
work of all stationary and rotary equipments of gas compression station.
Managing all the plant maintenance activities including condition
monitoring and vibration analysis of rotating equipment.
Responsible for the planning and execution of major overhauls on Turbines,
Compressors, Pumps and other plant rotating equipment.
Involved in root cause analysis (RCA) for the rotating equipment and
solutions to the equipment reliability problems.
Experience in the development of maintenance strategies and procedures for
rotating equipment.
Prepare specifications and provide technical recommendations for
procurement of major equipment.
Responsible for preparation of bid packages for major overhauls, prequalification
of contractors, scopes of work and parts requirement.
Helps in preparation of capital spares refurbishment requests for critical
rotating machines in the plant.
Provide recommendations on spare parts requirement, to secure the most
reliable operation and economic level of maintenance.
Performed pre-commissioning and commissioning activities of rotary
equipment such as pumps, compressors, Gas turbines etc.
Prepare safety HSE plans and emergency plans regarding the job as per
standards.
• Permit advanced determination of labor resources needed and time required to complete each job, which aids the maintenance supervisor in measuring the performance of his personnel
• Allow elimination of delays due to waiting for information, materials, equipment, other skills, tool, etc.
• Provide an overall plan for the supervisor on which to base his pre-thinking and pre-planning for day-to-day work and future work
• Provide the cooperation necessary in connection with each job to do work as prescribed by operations
• Provide a central source of information concerning maintenance work, equipment, and equipment repair
• Allow the supervisor to devote closer attention to supervision of work in the field or shop
• Provide special tool and equipment requirements.
