概要
Joined Citibank in May,18th 2005 in Dubai as a sales officer and after 5months got transferred to Collection in Recovery department. after completing 1 year moved in the collection department in different buckets. Then got transferred to inbound calling department in which I was receiving inbound calls for the whole collections department. Then had a change to work on a project for the bank for 18 months after completing the project joined retention department worked here for 3 years. Then the situation came where bank had to let go of some staff so my bad luck the they asked me to leave as well.
After leaving the bank I joined an Insurance company (Metlife) as a insurance sales Agent.
