Job Responsibilities:
 Responsible for all aspects of project completion and ensures remedial measures are taken well in time.
 Sourcing of resources both within and outside the comapny for which utilise the support of Business Units and Business Support Departments as well as outside agencies directly or through Business Units and Business Support Departments.
 Posses requisite decision making authority to manage the activities of all internall establishments involved in the successful completion of the project.
 Single point contact between Company and Clients.
 Ensure Project completion with in specified time and Budget.
 Deals with Clients in a manner that enhances their trust in the company.
 Interprets the Project Contract in a satisfactory manner protect the interest of the company.
 Ensures requisite technical back to the site team.
 Preparation of the Budget for the Project.
 Manage the cash flow to achieve better result than forecasted.
 Controls working capital requirement by judiciously monitoring stores inventory value and work in progress, Payable and reciecvable.
 Responsible for expense related to project excution and monitor cost of the project.
 Timely submission of accurate invoices, follow up of recievable if client is at same location.
 Responsible for making the initial plan as well as contineous revisions if necessory of the origional plan with the help of Site Incharge.
