I have had the opportunity to work in the Talent Management Department of UBL Funds, Karachi.
I majorly looked after evaluation of the training content, work on existing and new content and execution of training, joined as the Training and Development Officer with enhanced role description. Upon completion of my contract i was promoted to a permanent position and a tier above, which was Management Associate Tier 6 - HR Specialist Learning and Development.
Apart from looking after the employees extensive career and development plans , I was tasked with looking over initial stage of recruitment and was given the ownership of company's culture transformation project.
Frequently traveled to Lahore and Islamabad to conduct and facilitate various internal and external trainings.
My tenure at Mondelez International (formerly known as Krafts)was short but the exposure to a multinational environment added great value to my knowledge. I was introduced to IL6S - Education Pillar, a very important pillar in a manufacturing industry and the Lean 6 sigma process. I tasked to look after various HR Activities from Employee recruitment to Employee engagement at the Plant.
As a person I believe in continuous improvement and creativity fueled by consistent effort. I willingly welcome change and take it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
