Monthly online disbursing payroll of 17,000 employee + 5500 Outsource staff across Pakistan in just two days. Turnover time of capex payments have been brought to one month from average two months, within last four months. We plan to further reduce this.

Implement different SAP based modules for efficient payments and timely reporting to management.
