Senior Program Coordinator
Play an integral role in educating, scheduling, and directing cross-functional core program team consisting of thematic technical leads in Livelihood/Income Generation, Education, WASH, Health and Shelter. Assume and maintain full accountability for overseeing program planning, design, and implementation processes for key thematic areas while following quality standards, time, and cost constraints across program management cycle.
Key Accomplishments
Oversaw two remote offices in North-West Syria consisting of Field Office Coordinators, operations and program teams while managing annual program portfolio ranged between $07M to $15M in last 3 years.
Secured funding from WHO, QFFD, UNDP, UNOCHA, UNHCR, and UNDP by administering program budgets/BVAs and presenting period reports to the management and donors
Assured capacity building of QC staff and IPS in line with Humanitarian Principles, Core Human Standards, IFRC Code of Conduct, and other sectoral standards.

Head, Strategic Planning and Quality Assurance

Designed, executed, and led a big emergency response worth of PKR 350M ($3.5M) for Temporary Displaced People in North Waziristan Agency (NWA) through funding from HQ and the institutional funding from World Vision, UN OCHA, UNFAO, UNFPA and UNICEF.
