Final Year Project URDU-KHATEEB as URDU TTS (TEXT-TO-SPEECH) with URDU WORDS BANK Tools Utilized: MS Visual Studio, Language: C# The ultimate goal of URDU-KAHTEEB TTS (Text – To – Speech Synthesis) is to convert Urdu text into Urdu sound file of different format (.mp3, wave) or acoustic signal that is similar to human speech. Synthesis system convert normal text into speech that architecture around a system of rules and models that were based on research on human language and speech production and perception processes. A large number of synthesizer are designed for English and other languages but there is not any kind of synthesizer for conversion Urdu text into Urdu speech .To accomplish this goal our project is totally based on Urdu language processing that generate purely human voice in contrast of written Urdu text. Major work: Implementation of different design patterns. Application own Urdu Words Bank. Original voice sound of developer.
