Responsibilities/Accomplishments

Measure the performance of 21 supervisors and 1 project manager according to agreed-upon and defined key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsible for the Merchandising program of Continental biscuits (LU) - JV Mondelez International & Dalda Foods and Pepsi LTAB in Pakistan and implementing an operations excellence plan to support the company\'s goals and objectives.
In addition to leading a team of 270+ merchandisers and 20 Category Captains who work on multiple channels, I conduct regular trainings to improve productivity related to merchandising practices, product knowledge, and android application usage.
Tracking KPIs of merchandisers and supervisors, including (in-store performance and productivity), highlighting shortcomings in order to improve overall performance and individual and region scores.
