• Continuously review procedures and SOPS, investigate discrepancies or changes in efficiency and adapt changes to exceed the Organization’s expectations.
• Mange bulk Liquids as per MSDS (Furnace oil, Diesel, Gear Oil Hydraulic Oil, and Lubricants), Fabrication materials (M.s, S.s, G.I with heat tags, schedule and gage) as per material standards, consumables (General, Mechanical, Electrical, instruments, seals, fasteners etc.) Spare parts & solutions, physical stocks (raw materials, Consumables, imported material stock) in correlation with ERP,
• Manage Plant’s Hazardous materials both import & local (Acid, Base, Enzymes, Resins) and retaining as per MSDS.
• Manage Raw Material both import and local (Tapioca Starch, Rice, Syrup) receiving, retaining as per MSDS & issuance using LIFO / FIFO Method daily.
• Manage daily consumption, minimum quantity (ABC Method) to avoid any contingency.
• Review Indents (ABC Analysis), PR, GRN, MRN, OGP, IGP, LIN, LRN & various reports associated to inventory on ERP.
• Review Issuance& receiving records manually and as well as on ERP software.
• Manage cold store (safety, temperature, piling, material shelf life etc.)
