Service Engineer
• Hands on practice on GE Jenbacher Gas Engines (JGS 420, JGS 620 and JMS 620), Caterpillar Gas Engines (3516a, 3516b) & Cummins Diesel Generators KTA-50 x2.
• Controlling With IPC, EMCP2 & PC for Caterpillar
• Controlling with DIA NE XT for Jenbacher.
• Controlling with DIANEXT3 for Jenbacher.
• Controlling with DIANEXT4 for Jenbacher.
• Controlling with IGNT & IV8 for Cummins Diesel
• Consistent power generation of 16 megawatt.
• Monitor equipment’s operations like Pumps, Cooling towers, Heat exchangers, Compressors and Transformers to ensure proper functioning.
• Operate natural gas distribution equipment as well as record, review, and compile operations records, test results, and gauge readings such as temperatures, pressures, concentrations, and flows.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to technicians and electricians.
• Also work with Allied Engineering Service maintenance team for Caterpillar 3516B major overhauling and Orient Energy System maintenance team for Jenbacher JMS 620 major overhauling.
