Sindh Reading Program (SRP), an education based project under parentage of Sindh Basic Education Program (SBEP). Implemented by leading IP, School to School International (STS) in the in eight districts of Sindh province.
Program focused to assess early grade students of grade-3 and 5 especially.
In the beginning as QCO we have physically conduct filed for the physical verification of sample schools which provided by component lead and onward I served consultancy as Quality Control Officer (QCO) / Master Trainer with technical and organizational support to conduct training's and assessment activities. In major responsibilities to train enumerators team of specific district assigned as QCO/MT and team will conduct baseline assessment survey in initial stage. Provide full support in technical assistance in training conduction, monitoring & evaluation of project activities like enumeration and completion of daily activities with sub contractors (ISAPS) and other partners (KDA) in the field.
Facilitated communities and Line Department as well to measure quality of education of assessed grades. One of the major responsibilities to communicate and daily update through email to project head and line manger for the completion of activities day to day.
