Assistant Manager
Working as an Assistant manager and the scope of work includes:
o Process control to improve product quality while reducing machine down-times and setup time
o Troubleshooting faults occur in the system and make counteractive actions
o Preventive Maintenance scheduling and execution on machines to prevent breakdowns
o Operational excellence by applying lean tool OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)
o To prepare and maintain all documents/Procedures as per ISO 9001:2008 standard.
o Responsible for maintaining favorable working environment for employees and to improve working condition of machines
o Conduct training sessions relating 5S for supervisors and operators
