The project is to provide high quality learning opportunities, through non formal means, to all adult & adolescent
illiterates & out of school Children.
Designed and implemented evaluation procedures and monitoring tools
Developed, standardized and deployed survey tools and data collection forms to implement monitoring plans
effectively.
Carried out field monitoring visits to collect data, on predesigned monitoring instruments, through observation,
personal interviews and taking photographs.
Trained and inducted local partners to implement programs in line with program objectives.
