A Development Studies major, familiar with theories and approaches underpinning development programmes and trained in conducting social research and designing tools central to Project Cycle Management (PCM) such as log frame, activity and resource schedules and needs assessment plan.
A team member of VSO International, responsible for establishing relationships with universities for youth mobilization and partnerships. I am responsible to create/develop platforms for youth engagements and supporting SDG monitoring by engaging alumni VSO programmes, also working with the team for integrating social accountability and social inclusion and gender in volunteer recruitment, capacity building and action plan implementation.
