• Maintains office records
• Inventory management of contraceptive materials, BIN cards, stationary etc
• Handles of petty cash for daily transactions
• Data entry for patient information in FPRH formats
• Records maintenance (daily and weekly reports)
• Assists the DCO in preparing daily, weekly, monthly reports
• Maintains attendance records for FHE and SFS
• Record keeping for field visits by the FHE and SFS
• Documenting, preparing and arranging logistics for monthly activities
• Ensure the compliance to HR policies and financial guidelines
• Guide and lead team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed the customer requirements.
• Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time.
• Managing customer relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
• Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.

• Motivate children to change clothing by themselves and pick-up toys and books after activity
• Discover signs of emotional or developmental troubles in children and communicate the same to parents
• Keep records of every child, including day by day observations and information regarding activities, meals served, and medicine administered
