Conduct on job trainings of DSF Visit market with DSF to support them & achieve targets Cross check of working of DSF and sales men ensuring stock availability in the market Visiting weak shops based on KPI reports to ensure smooth sales Ensure execution of Trade marketing activities assigned to DSF Distribution handling (Numeric and Weighted) Target planning and achievements for the month and year Prepare monthly unit wise / value wise targets of assigned territory Split assigned unit wise, value wise targets into area wise and DSF wise Split assigned targets into day wise breakup Monitor and ensure day-to-day targets assigned to their respective team Preparation of Sales reports with respect to areas Share daily reports based on KPIs and market visit objectives Prepare competitor's information for line managers with respect to market visits Prepare up to date status of Trade marketing activities and provide lists to Line manager Prepare and present year to date performance to the local management on monthly basis Prepare analysis of achievement and KPIs with respect to the assigned targets

To split assigned unit wise, value wise targets into area wise and booker wise
To split assigned targets into day wise breakup
To monitor and ensure day-to-day targets assigned to their respective team
Preparation of Sales reports with respect to areas
To share daily reports on google drive based on KPIs and market visit objectives
To prepare competitor's information for line managers with respect to market visits
To prepare up to date status of Trade marketing activities and provide lists to Line manager
To prepare and present year to date performance to the local management on monthly basis
To prepare analysis of achievement and KPIs with respect to the assigned targets
Responsible for sales practices in assign area.
