Imports Management:
• Business communication with International vendors, Shipping lines and other concern departments.
• Forecast Planning, placing orders, confirm invoices to vendors, booking containers for shipments.
• Keep tracing shipments from port of load till destination.
• Dealing all import documentations i.e approving BLs, providing BL,invoice/packing list & other docs to customs/clearing agents etc.
• Liaising with shipping lines/freight forwarders and clearing agents on cargo clearance with customs.
• Responsible to settled claims i.e. credit notes & debit notes against excess/shortages or faulty goods received in the shipments.
• Calculation of total landed cost on container receiving and then set sale prices by keeping in view market demand, competitor prices as well as profit margin.
• Responsible to prepare/approve monthly employees payroll sheet and other promotional activities expense sheet that are exercised.
Financial Management:
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
