 Responsible for technical management of Chemical manufacturing Plant.
 Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimize delay
 Shift scheduling and material planning according to requirement.
 Day-to-day department operations, productions including daily interaction and communication with staff.
 Conduct internal and process audits of the QMS and GMP audit of Vendor manufacturer.
 Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation.
 Performs quality-engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirement.
 Ensure consistency and Transparency of In process material and Final Product.
 Develop and lead the operation and promotion of an EHS culture and policy.
 Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety or quality related subjects.
 Proactively identify, develop, and deploy metrics to gauge the status and effectiveness of Management System.

  Ensure complete quality aspect of back processing and Incoming Raw material testing.

Enviro-Chem International is a private company linked with Pentol, Germany.
It works on furnace oil treatment in thermal power plants. It provides their magnesium based fuel oil additive with its complete dosing system to treat furnace oil.
