Electrical Incharge
• Doing PLC Programming and the Administrative task.
• Respond to the Shut Down and all the Technical Problems
• Proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations.
• Designing electrical systems and circuits.
• Completes electrical projects by supervising installations; resolving design issues.
• Maintains electrical systems by establishing and enforcing preventive and on-going maintenance, and testing programs; scheduling repairs; coordinating shut-downs and installations.
• The maintenance of relations with inspection and technical qualification organizations in reference to the area of responsibility
• Replacing parts as required and make sure equipment is working correctly
• Collaboration in modification to plants and equipment to ensure operating capacity of the same.

• Working with specialty equipment such as PLC's which control machinery on assembly lines.
• Monitor and order spare parts.

• Inspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes.
• Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
• The traceability of required certification, according to the area of use, with arrangements to check current validity of said certification.
• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
