 Track stock levels, sales growth, and shop’s performances, arrange transfer of inventory from the warehouses to the stores.
 Manage the reductions on stock for fast liquidations.
 Connect the planners to the retail stores and provide relevant inventory data for analysis.
 Actively track the sales and movement of stocks to ensure the availability of real time data.
 Give Suggestions and take corrective measures for shops profile and ALC
 plan provided by merchants and planners (In season and pre-season).
 Evaluate shop performance through shops liquidation and potential.
 Manage and analyzing stores closing stock inventory, moving low sale items to another location
 Assist merchant and planners regarding inventory management
 Assist IT department in item code generation and correction
 Daily reports of inventory and seasonal trends/ activities
 Daily Sales report department wise
 Generate Dispatch and allocation report
 Daily Inventory management at retail stores
 Respond field queries and demands
 Responsible for stock availability nationwide
 Inventory management at store / warehouse level given the stock constraints to maximize turnover and efficiency
 Communication with field staff about performance of store and products
 Forecasting future needs of shops using statistical data analysis
 Creating optimum allocation of stock utilizing prior year’s sales data and future sales forecasting techniques.
 Cater to special party orders received periodically.
