1. Made all purchases of the company i.e. furniture, computers, stationery
2. Maintaining and reconciling statement of accounts (SOA) of all foreign associates/agents
3. Control of expenditure
4. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
5. Conducting the yearly audit
6. Preparing aging report of receivables
7. All invoices generated including local and international debit & credit notes
8. Maintaining receivables, payables local and international clients/agents
9. Correspondence with international and local clients/agents
10. Process all international remittances
11. Maintain record of international inward and outward remittances
12. Managing cash flow
13. Managing bank balances
14. Managing receivables/payables
15. Vender reconciliation
16. Reconciliation of banks.
17.Correspondence with banks
18. Monthly tax working
19. Monitor the day to day Financial Operations within the company
