• To analyze M&A activities covered industries
• To provide accurate data on company merger and acquisition related activities within given time period
• To update the funding details covered industries on product
• To collect info on IPO, secondary offering issued debt and issued hybrid securities so that it would become easier for clients to take financial decisions
• To stay update with new financial terms and procedures used in USA
• Engagement with IT, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to capture requirements end-to-end with an eye towards simplifying processes
• Identifying and document current organizational (as-is) process, system, and data flows
• Design and document new processes and obtain organizational feedback
• Work with Business Intelligence team on documenting and creating repeatable, sustainable, and scalable business processes
• Collect and analyze qualitative and quantitative information

• Accounts Payable (AP) - posting all types of bills and payments, reconciliations, preparing debit notes
• Accounts Receivable (AR) - posting invoices, receipts and credit notes
• General Ledger (GL) - entering all type of industry Expenses, provisions and rectifications of errors
• Bank statements reconciliation, as well as accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with monthly Audit
• Assist with the physical inventory count
• Compose and input journal entries into Oracle
• Support the payment processing team
