Hiring, training, coaching, and leading call center representatives as they provide support for customers.
Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.
Answering representative’s questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, or handling issues that cannot be fielded by representatives.
Responsible for all administrative activities in Branch.
Ensure Branch’s profitability by achieving assigned targets from Head Office.
Leading team meetings, asking questions to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educating and coach workers regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.
Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
Franchise Management
Timely and effective communication of targets and its monitoring/reporting

Develop and maintain close liaison with key account management.
Monitor the sales operation to ensure the timely execution of all supplies.
Maintain the Shelf Share in the category and manage the display as company standard (SBD).
Prepare effective presentations, proposals and reports.
