• Oversaw 12 different projects funded by SC International, World Food Program, Oxfam, and the International rescue committee. Conducted their Validation/rectification, and conducted PDM as a prime responsibility.
• Represents the organization in donor meetings, especially from the MEAL side.
• Established a Community Feedback Mechanism, respond to the complainer, adopted an integrated database of all projects and ensure accountability through regular data updates, and managed different kinds of complaints/feedback from requests to assistance, minor and major complaints in a timely manner.
