• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
• Processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee

• Prepares leave balances on monthly basis and updates to HRO.
• Assists HRM related to recruitment, short listing from the CVs received in response of the advertisement given for vacant posts.
• Assist HRO to bench marking and analysis for employee salary structure as per market trend.
• Schedules interviews to fill vacant positions as per given instructions.
• Processes timely confirmation or separation of employees.
• Coordinates with HRM in issuance of appointment / Confirmation / termination letters.
• Assists HRM and Process Owners in conducting Performance Appraisal for the employees below the level of Deputy Managers except Sales.
• Maintains and updates employees’ personnel duplicate files, gets exit interviews conducted and prepares report.
• Maintains and updates Employee Social Security, EOBI, WAPDA, PTCL or others and Life & Medical Insurance related records.
• Handles disciplinary procedures, grievances, or other employee relation issues.
• Ensures Taking care of office building and infrastructure
• Ensures timely payment of vehicles’ refueling, mobile, electricity, PTCL bills and scrutinizes within the approved budget.
• Ensures preventive maintenance for vehicles, generators, ACs, Fax, Telephone Exchange, Photocopier and keeps Assets record properly
• Ensures proper filling of all the documents for record.
• Ensures Airline, Hotel and Rent a Car Bookings for staff and guests visiting HO or regional offices and processes bills to accounts after necessary verifications.
• Arranges meetings and Lunch or Refreshments for visitors and guests.
• Ensures the procurement of goods and services under the company procurement policy.

• Advises present or prospective customers by answering Inbound/Outbound calls on a rotating basis.
• Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
• Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
