Review WTG & EBOP Site Documents i-e MOS of EBOP, WTG Erection, EBOP, WTG QIP & Lifting Plan.
Review EPC Contract/Documents & monitor site quality of work to be followed contractual & appropriated standards & Issue the NCR & Technical note at site when EPC misconducting according to WTG International Standards & Practices.
Monitoring the Project Execution, Construction supervision including erection of EBOP/132/33kV AIS Substation equipment’s, Siemens Gamesa wind turbines & Substation Building MEP Work, Issue & follow-up Punch list items of Mechanical activates of Project with EPC & Client.
Coordinate & Participate to site meetings regularly with Client, EPC & Site Team members regarding WTG & EBOP Part.
Participate WTG & EBOP Material site Inspection actively & installation till mechanical completion, Pre Commissioning & EPA Tests of WTG as per approved Project Quality Documents.
Inspect that the EPC contractors Erection activates are compliant with execution drawings, documents & Erection methodology as per OEM recommendations.
Prepare Project Progress report on Daily, weekly, Monthly or as needed by Higher management.
Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with company HSE Standard.

Detail review Project Specification, Tender Drawing, Bill of Quantity & Provide the Cost estimation of infrastructure Electromechanical, MEP & Irrigation projects.
Assisting the project manager for preparation of three weeks look ahead program, drawing up work program, resource plan and procurement plan & KPI for execution of Project Work.
Site Supervision for execution of Electromechanical, MEP & Irrigation work is performed according to the approved IFC drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local or international standards.
Supervised the safe Installation, testing & commissioning of VFD Type Booster Pumps & Hydro testing of uPVC & HDPE Pipes as per Project Specification.
Involved in weekly and monthly meeting with Client, Consultant to discuss project related issue and their solutions.
Coordinates with Client/Consultant Person for any site instructions and inspection of works.
Responsible for Preparation of project Written & photographic reports Daily, Weekly & Monthly Basis and as required by higher management.
Raising Work Inspection Requests for completed work and liaising with Consultant for necessary approvals as per Contract Specifications / Project QA/QC plan.
Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with company HSE rules and Standards.

Involved in Monitoring the Project Execution, Construction supervision including EBOP & WTG Side.
Erection of 132/33 kV AIS Substation equipment’s, GW-82/1500 wind turbines & Substation Building MEP Work, MCC,Final Inspections,Pre Commissioning & WTG Tests as per EPA Protocols.
Ensure that EPC contractors Execution of Work comply with Project Specifications, Contract Agreement & Quality Procedure as given in EPC contract.
Attending daily, weekly and monthly meeting with management and EPC contractor regarding QA/QC & project progress.
Monitoring the day to day activates particularly for project Mechanical Work & keeping an eye on schedule to achieve the targets.
Monitor any work or material not as per Project Quality Plan/specifications, IFC drawing report immediately to supervisor for appropriate action and discharge instruction to the contractor/Consultant.
Directly reporting to Project Manager regarding allocation of resources on project site.
Ensure that all the work at site is as per Project HSEQ Standards.

Detail review Project Specification & Tender Drawing and provide the Cost estimation for all Mechanical work.
Plan, coordinate, manage Mechanical Steel structure Work & Ensure that the execution of all work as per approved PQP, MOS & IFC drawings.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools for all Mechanical work and related works prior to execution.
Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and work inspections.
Responsible to submit daily site reports, estimates and all monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensure that all the work at site is as per HSEQ Standards.                                       

Monitoring the EPC Contractors execution of all Mechanical work as per approved schedule.
Involve in Quality Inspection, welding, mechanical fabrication Inspection of steel structure work for Pre heater assembly.
Supervise the installation of Vertical raw mills, Pre Heater, Killen & all other cement plant
Mechanical associated work.
Responsible for checking the Contractors monthly payment application as per work completion.
Ensure the Subcontractor for Submission of daily Site reports and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
Ensures that all the works done as per approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
Ensure that EPC contractor’s project execution work is followed by project Health and safety standards.

Installation, testing & Commissioning, Operation & maintenance Of Heavy Duty Gas & Diesel Power Plants up to 1.5MW.
Preventive, predictive, schedule maintenance & repair services at customer locations.
Respond to customers’ inquiries and maintain a positive working relationship with them.
Prepare and maintain all service & Maintenance reports of power plants.
Organize daily, weekly & monthly meetings with Maintenance & Operation teams to discuss all technical issues and their solution.
Carry out all work in accordance with HSEQ standards.
