To Aces real Beneficiaries who were already related with Agriculture.Make plan for distribution of Agri inputs and cash support among the sun flower growers.To arrange field visits With High Management, Donors, SAB & All stock holders whose were interested in SARP.Timely reporting to concern Authorities and give feedback for outreach of the project.Mobilizing the community to form their community organization on neighborhood/village level, to solve their individual and mass problem by using own potential, natural available resources.Formation of Village Organizations (VO) through the federation of community Organizations (COs).Ensure the training of communities with the help of training department.Facilitate for savings and developing micro investment plans of the individuals and organization at village level.To ensure the Social Appraisal at village level for Community Investment Fund (CIF) and Income Generating Grant (IGG) for Poor House Holds.To ensure the proper disbursement of CIF and IGG through Village Organizations within the intervention area.To facilitate the community for the identification of community Physical Infrastructure (CPI) work/Need at VO level & Construction of Low Cost Housing Scheme.To ensure the initiating and completion of CPI work.Ensuring micro health insurance of poor HHs.
