Process sales tax invoices on request of specific customers.
Cheque deposits, bank receipts and online payments.
Reconcile bank statement on monthly basis.
Record and update daily business transaction in system online and offline.
Greet customers when they enter in store.
Give information about their desire engine parts.
Helping them by providing knowledge of different brands.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in professional manners.
Answering questions about our product and services via calls and emails.
Handle financial transactions like cash and other various payment methods like bank cheques, online payments on main counter.
