Conducting initial and final interviews of the candidates for their induction
• Acceptance of interview forms and to check them for the required documents as per SOPs.• Taken more than 250 initial interviews, 300 telephonic interviews and more than 100 final interviews from candidates.• Brief and assign tests to the candidates.• Design Test Materials/Tests Cases for incumbents to meet hiring needs. • Provide necessary guidance to the candidates for test.• Cater candidates FAQs for Content Writing, IT, HR, Networks, Monitoring and Security, Support Staff etc. • Reject candidates on behalf of the test results, interviews and final management’s decision.• Online advertisement wire-framing, designing and posting on social media and other job portals.• Dispatch rejection mail to unsuccessful candidates.• Make University visits and coordinate accordingly.• Communicate with university personnel to arrange necessary hiring events for Resource Dimension.• Contact candidates, who apply on online portal of Resource Dimension and schedule a test or an interview.• Dispatch offer letters to successful/hired Candidates.• Record keeping of the candidates applying through different sources.• External Communication with vendors and coordinate as required.• Design any advertisement required for recruitment process and events.• Facilitate team members in hiring process. • Perform any other task assigned by Team lead/ Management• Designing Standee , pamphlets, brochures, visiting card• Orientation Delivery and delivery to new Candidates• Freelancers and content writers management.• Management of 25 support staff and admin team and compilation of monthly task sheet and evaluating them on monthly basis for performance evaluation and bi-annual growth periods.

Administrative duties and record keeping
Responsible for the RMS System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs

Updating the vacancies rack and provide the summary report to Sr. HR Manager on weekly basis
Offer of employment (follow up on offer and acceptance)Utilize the Internet for recruitment.--Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.--Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.--Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.--Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• To organized the orientation sessions for new employees once in a month.• To manage and organized different training programs in coordination with the HR executive.• Prepare training assessment forms with the help of pre/post assessment and feedback forms that are filled during the trainings.• Maintained the training record book and attendance sheet of the employees on the excel who participate in any trainings conducted throughout the organization. • Arranged the meetings, lunch arrangements, book meeting rooms, worked as a coordinator between the departments.• Responsible for different arrangements that are required for the training such as equipments and handouts.• Make presentations and assessment reports of each training which is after proof reading is presented to the HOD.Other day to day activities as told by the line manager.
