• Monitor Data Center Infrastructure (Passive) includes Center Fire Detection (VESDA) and Suppression Systems (Novac), HVAC, Schneider equipment includes InRow Cooling Units, UPS Systems, Environmental Monitoring Units and Sensors, Server Racks, PDUs, Data Center Information Management (DCIM)
• Conducting tests to identify and fix faults in a servers/network system.
Administration Microsoft server (DC, AD, DNS, FTP, DHCP, WSUS, DFS, VPN, WEB SERVER, IIS,)
• Administer, maintain and monitor VMWare vSphere /Hyper-V host systems, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure
• Install and configure DELL PowerEdge R940 server OS (Windows/Linux) on VMs in a virtual environment
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and capacity planning of virtual environment resources (CPU, RAM, DISK, Network, and Datastore).
• Configuring web applications and database servers (Apache. MariaDB, PHP).
• Manage & maintain DELL EMC ME4024 enterprise SAN storage systems.
• Maintain network facilities in individual machines, such as drivers and settings of personal computers as well as printers
• Assist senior-level engineers in designing/modifying network systems and application infrastructure
• Conduct preventative maintenance on data center equipment to ensure efficient operations
• Operate and maintain servers, switches, routers, monitors, and various other specialized equipment

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and support the day-to-day operations of the network
• Resolve & Fixed run time errors like mailing issues, software bugs, hardware malfunctioning, IT Systems, and networking to ensure smooth running of all software applications by end-users.
• Setting up peripherals such as printers or routers, repairing equipment, and providing daily support for the computer network user.
• Routine system backups & disaster recovery plans.
• Implements data and network security through firewall Pfsense.
• Define & implement network policies, and set up new user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Active Directory.
• Monitoring Network infrastructure with upgrade network security & policies

• Hands-on experience in Dhava /Hikvision/Cp plus CCTV Cameras, Attendance Machines, Printers, and Scanner’s network devices like routers switches.
• Configure and maintain Biometric Machines for Attendance Management.
• Maintain onsite and offsite Backup and schedule continuously backup with QNap storage server and File Server.
• To resolve issues in Domain (Taragroup.com.pk) on an urgent basis through a third party or by dealing with ISP.
• Maintain the IT infrastructure (installed server / computers / routers / printers / CCTV & update inventory list).
• Monitoring activities related to different applications, servers, and networks for smooth operations.
• Provide technical support at head office as well as remote offices through phone calls or Emails.
• To attend, solve and maintain the log of computer user complaints regarding hardware and software issues.
• Coordinate with Vendors for (extreme) repairing and procuring IT equipment, printers Photocopier,s, etc.
• Document all network standards and procedures and also Documentation of PR, IGP, GRN, and SAN.
• Manage IT Inventory such as IT equipment, software licenses, and warranty cards of peripheral devices
• Responsible to perform additional tasks as assigned management.
